I'm a UX lead at Jask Creative with over 25 years in the industry, including two decades working heavily in WordPress development. I used to be very hands-on as a developer, but these days my focus is on UX: doing the research, shaping the strategy, and keeping things pointed in the right direction so that everything we create feels intuitive and works for real people. Accessibility really matters to me. I like bringing technical knowledge and creative thinking together to build experiences everyone can enjoy, not just some people. Along the way, I also mentor teams and help them grow their own UX capabilities.
